Queer Duck

I saw a wonderful animated feature from HBO today, The Sissy Duckling, based on theAmazon.com: bookof the same name. Actually I think the book was based on the video. No matter, both the book and the video are wonderful tools for teaching children about accepting and respecting differences. The book is written by Harvey Fierstein, who is also the voice of Elmer, the sissy duckling, in the animated feature.
