Getting Ready for the Big Day

What a busy day! The hubby and I are both beat. Between getting Parker to his swimming class and doing last minute grocery shopping, not to mention cleaning the house for his first birthday party, we’re bushed. Tomorrow is the big day. Complete with a guests, a cake and presents. Plus I made Lemon Meltaway Cookies.

Actually, Parker’s birthday is really this Monday, but we figured there was no harm in celebrating it a day early on Sunday. It’s hard to believe that it’s been a whole year (almost) since he was born, and that a year ago right now he hadn’t been born yet.
