Think the Republicans own the South, lock, stock and barrel? Think again. in a surprising upset Louisiana elected a Democrat as it’s first woman governor. Here’s hoping this is an omen that the Dems havE A shot at the South in 2004

    Both Jimmy Carter and Bill Cliton were from the South. We haven’t had a Northern Dem since JFK.
