Not Yet Master of My Domain

So, I was doing some domain shopping, just to see what was available, and I discovered that “terranceheath.com” was already taken. I thought for sure that I’d be able to get that one, but someone already owns is. Curious as to who would own that domain, if not me, I did a Google search and discovered that not only is there another Terrance Heath out there, but he’s a lawyer in San Francisco, and he does some work with an organization in San Francisco called “3rd i.” Not only that, but this Terrance Heath was admitted to the bar right here in D.C. Kinda weird considering my own thoughts about law school in the past year. Unfortunately, the Google search yielded no images of this person with whom I share a name.

Anyway, that leaves me to decide whether I want .org, .net, .us, or .info.

I wanted www.deann.com and it is owned but for sale for an atrocious amount of money. Like the name deann is that valuable!! So, I’ll have to go with www.deannwelker.com or something like that.

You also could try www.terrance-heath.com unless you don’t like the hyphen.

But .net is always a very good option.

I like .tv, but that’s because I’m a TV freak!

    What about republicoft.com?

Ooh, happy domain shopping! (Oh, and actually the guy’s bio says “Northern District of California,” not “Columbia,” right?)

Did you try to contact him? He might not be willing to sell it, but I’ve had good luck buying a few domains (for our business) for basically the cost of registration. He might be willing to part with it (or then again, it is his name :).

I’d say either ‘net’, though I really like ‘republicoft’ that is how I remembered you for the LONGEST time even before I remembered you name LOL.

    good luck :)

I’m hosted at 1and1.com which offers some nifty packages, and they also offer domains for 5.99 each.
