The Day

The snow on the ground, and the goings-on in DC today have resulted in me being working from home today. I don’t have much more to say about the day’s festivities than I’ve already said. I’m wearing black today. Helicopters keep passing overhead.

I hadn’t planned on leaving the house, but I may step out long enough to grab lunch. Then again, I have a splitting headache (appropriate for today) which may yet keep me indoors. I generally feel like crap.

    A temporary solution, but it might work.

    1. Put on some Natalie Cole music–either “L-O-V-E” or “Orange-Colored Sky.” Turn it up a little louder than normal. Just a little.

    2. Pick up son.

    3. Dance around room.

    Repeat as needed.
