Bay Windows & Me

This is just a bit of information I wanted to share. If you’re a reader in a New England state, you might want to pick up a copy of Bay Windows.

A couple of weeks ago, I got a comment on my blog that turned out to be from the editor of Bay Windows—a New England gay & lesbian newspaper. It turned out she’s a regular reader of this blog and wanted me to write a column for them. I accepted, of course.

Well, my first column for Bay Windows came out today. I wrote about something I’ve written about here before; what it was like to become a dad. I’ll be writing more columns for Bay Windows, some about parenting and some on political issues.

Before becoming a Dad, I remember hearing someone define parenthood as “like having your heart walking around outside your body.”

Parenting is the world’s most important job. It’s also the most under-rated. You described it perfectly.

    Congratulations on the column.

Congrats! Do they have an online archive to read the articles, or can you get cross pub rights to post ‘em here?

    Awesome! Good for you, T.
