I found this picture on Truthout. With the following caption.
April 4, 2005 | Mohammed Saleem, age 18 months, lies in a coffin in a Sadr City morgue on June 6, 2004. He and four other family members were killed when US forces opened fire, hitting the vehicle in which they were traveling. This photograph was one in a series depicting combat in Iraq for which the Associated Press won the Pulitzer prize in breaking-news photography.
