You might notice something new when you read posts here. Nicco suggested that I look into ad revenue possibilities, and it’s something I’ve been thinking about trying for a while now. So, last night I fired up my Google Adsense account that I’ve never used, and placed some small in the default template. I tried placing them in the sidebar, but thought it would be less intrusive to place them in the post template instead.
In the meantime, I’ve also looked into signing up for Blogads but I’m not sure I get enough traffic to qualify, judging from the blogs they’re pushing to advertisers. That is, unless they’re interested in “B-List” or “C-List” blogs. Actually, from what I’ve seen, those kinds of blogs combined reach more poeple than some of the “A-list” blogs. And visitors to those blogs tend to linger longer than visitors to some of the “A-List” blogs.
Oh well. I’ll start with Google ads and see what happens.
