Courage, Terrance. There is a chill in the air, but it doesn’t portend an ice age, just that the sun is temporarily obscured by a cloud which may or may not mean a storm. I believe we have had significant victories in the past 20 years that cannot be undone. The glass is half-full, and it’s important to remember that it began empty, not full.

On an equally bright note, the California Supreme Court is about to lose its lone ideologue.
