Closing Out June

It’s been a while since I stood back and took a look at the stats for the blog. June turned out to be quite an interesting month, mostly due to the story that developed around Zach’s blog.

I haven’t gone back and tracked traffic by the number of visits per month, but last month this blog saw a total of 33,027 visist and 196,945 page views. All but a couple of days this moth got over 1,000 visits, and over 2,000 for most days in the latter half of the month.

The most read post of the month was “Camp Hetero Horror” concerning Zach’s blog, followed by “Sexiest Men Alive” which is mysteriously one of the most popular posts on this blog. Other popular posts included:

This past month, several people linked to this blog who hadn’t in the past. Here’s a rundown of top referrers for this month.

There were also links from MetaFilter, Roxanne, and Shakespeare’s Sister.

Top search phrases for June are “tamika houston,” “hot men,” “zach love in action,” “brandi stahr,” “love in action zach.”

Like I said, an interesting month. Thanks to everyone who linked or stopped by during the past month. I hope new readers will stick around and join the various discussions.

Now, on to July.
