Hot Keys

Not that I need a new keyboard, but I wanted this one from the moment I saw it.

Every key of the Optimus keyboard is a stand-alone display showing exactly what it is controlling at this very moment.

Optimus is good for any layouts—Cyrillic, Ancient Greek, Georgian, Arabian—and so on to infinity: notes, numerals, special symbols, HTML codes, mathematical functions.

Of course, it’s probably expensive, and — considering how often I end up eating in front of the computer — probably not a smart purchase for me. But I guy can dream, right.

Oh, and there’s a pretty hot mouse that’s perfect to go with it.

    Unfortunately, it’s worse than expensive – it doesn’t actually exist. That’s just a CGI design concept. But it would be realy cool.

    Using OLEDs for the keycaps would be really pricy, though. This new invention from Fujitsu might be a better choice:
