The Night Before Fitzmas
Washington Note says the other shoes are dropping.
An uber-insider source has just reported the following to TWN (since confirmed by another independent source):
1. 1-5 indictments are being issued. The source feels that it will be towards the higher end.
2. The targets of indictment have already received their letters.
3. The indictments will be sealed indictments and “filed” tomorrow.
4. A press conference is being scheduled for Thursday.
RawStory says that Fitzgerald will send at at least one indictment to the grand jury, names some guy called David Wurmser as the person who told Libby, and that Fitzgerald visited Rove’s lawyer.
The White House is not talking about Cheney.
I don’t now any “über-insiders,” but I’m wondering if we can collectively figure it out. The targets of indictment have already received their letters. I’m guessing that those with indictment letters in hand are getting their affairs in order. So the question is, who haven’t we seen in a while? Who appears to be laying low?
Care to hazard any guesses?
