I'm tempted to make up some cards, too. Maybe something along the lines of "God loves His gay children" and some quotes from whosoever.org. I'm beyond being sickened by the SA (which is also quite patriarchal—they pretend to care about equality by promoting wives with their husbands, but at the top levels, that stops and the husbands always outrank wives) to just being deeply saddened by how lightly people seem to take their discrimination.

I used to make a tradition out of giving to every red kettle I saw. Then I discovered that the SA had sent an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court when it was hearing arguments for/against letting gays be Boy Scout leaders. Naturally, they were against it. I was appalled by their nerve, and by their stance, and haven't dropped a penny in a kettle since. I have been tempted to print up little cards explaining why I'm not giving money, and drop those off, but haven't had the guts yet.
