What Happens in Las Vegas

It’s official. The reservations have been made. I’ll be at the YearlyKos Convention in Las Vegas, June 8 – 11. (And “the ex” is gonna be there too.) I’ve never been to Las Vegas before, so it should be quite an experience. The family is staying behind, so — since I don’t drink or gamble — maybe I’ll take in a show or two. Gimme a holler if you’re gonna be there too.

Actually, I think I do know someone who will be there. I’ll send him your blog link.

Vegas will blow your mind. 🙂

Vegas is a city that you go to once then never again. It’s a sureal experience, but there isn’t much to do if you don’t gamble.

Are you going to the convention to browbeat Dean? Make sure you give him a swift kick in the pants for me.

Actually, I don’t expect to have much access to Dean. If I do, I’ll definitely speak up. But I have a suspicion that the A-list bloggers in attendance will have first dibs on access to VIPs, and no matter how you slice it I don’t quite belong to that crowd.

I just wish Dean would drop by the LGBT caucus while he’s there. It’s be an interesting discussion, for sure.

If you are at all a Star Trek fan, make time to see the Star Trek exhibit at the Las Vegas Hilton. It rocks.
